The renovation included 600 rooms in its Executive Tower, refurbishing the elevators, improving the hotel corridors, sprucing up the Market Garden restaurant and expanding and enhancing the Elm Street Bar & Lounge.The hotel has 23 meeting and event rooms that vary in size from 232 to 5,200 sq. ft. Three rooms have more than 3,200 sq. ft., with the largest being the Churchill Ballroom at 5,200 sq. ft. with a capacity of 420 for banquets and 550 for receptions. Eight rooms have more than 1,100 sq. ft., with the largest being the Rossetti Room, which can handle 140 for banquets and 200 for receptions. The smaller rooms are between 230 and 990 sq. ft. with capacities varying between 12 to 50 for banquets and 15 to 70 for receptions. Nine are 575-sq.-ft. business suites that offer more casual meeting rooms for up to 10 guests. The rooms are located on the first three floors of the hotel.
