ADVANCING BEST PRACTICESMary Van Buren, We continued to work towards CCA President enhancing member services and advancing best practices through our Gold Seal program, Canadian Design-Build Institute (CDBI), Lean Construction Institute of Canada (LCIC) and Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC).This fall, LCIC offered a three-part online training series around establishing Communities of Practice and developed a toolkit to guide these grassroots groups in fostering Lean culture in the industry. CDBI hosted its first virtual national design-build conference in October with strong attendance.
