These themes will also carry forward into 2022 and beyond, as we remain steadfast in our vision of continuous improvements that serve the evolving needs of our clients and help make Manitobas construction industry the safest in Canada.Our focus on exceptional customer service, quality and value were catalysts in marking 2021 as a year of significant growth for CSAM, including a 15-per-cent increase in training and 57 new COR/SECOR companies. As we reached more Manitoba companies and construction workers, weve also further built up our catalogue of resources. We continue to see great response and feedback on our Serious Incident Reports, the CSAM App and Virtual Toolbox Talks. We have also recently implemented monthly Safety Alerts to provide relevant information specific to our monthly Serious Incident Reports to help reduce the likelihood of a similar incidents on your jobsite.Like our industry, our doors have never closed throughout the pandemic. We have remained open to ensure we were available when you needed usand of course, our website, constructionsafety.ca, is a wealth of information with resources available to you 24/7. As we approach constructions busiest season, our training and resources remain available for you to keep your projects running smoothly. For example, our online safety orientation training course, SiteReadyMB, simplifies orientation for new hires. And as always, required training like flagperson, first aid, working at heights and COR courses are available in our classroomsor if you prefer, directly at your workplace.Moving through the beginning of our new 2022-2024 strategic plan, we will remain focused on providing you with exceptional customer service, quality and value, making your experience and our services even better. We continue to mine, analyze and report on safety data and work with stakeholders to address issues based on provincial and national trends. We are finding new and better ways to make Manitobas construction industry safer while saving employers time and money. This includes innovations in several areas:Enhancing the CSAM App;Enhancing delivery of services by using new and current technology and platforms; Assisting in the development of training standards relevant to the construction industry; andWorking with national partners to update the COR audit tool to clearly align with a national standard.If there is any specific way that CSAM can help you make a difference on site, let us know.
