Diverse perspectives help break down silos and make organizations and products better, so weve broadened our inclusive hiring programs to recruit and build talent from various backgrounds, as well as neurodiverse individuals and people living with physical or intellectual developmental disabilities.Our mission is to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more, but this can only be fulfilled when every person is included. Weve created nine employee resource groups such as Global LGBTQI+ Employees and Allies at Microsoft (GLEAM) to provide ongoing career development and networking opportunities coupled with cultural awareness.
