These stories carry knowledge, preserve memory and teach responsibility to the next generation. As chief operating officer, I am grateful to the Chiefs, Knowledge Keepers, youth, technicians, artists and community members whose work fills these pages. Their dedication reflects the strength and care with which First Nations across Ontario continue to carry our responsibilities.May this edition of Advocate serve as both reflection and affirmation of the path we walk together.Yaw^ko10l I ssue2 2025/26C hIefs ofo ntarIoA dvocAte magazIne'
