According to the hotels general manager, Marrying both the traditional and contemporary was very important for the renovation. The hotel also updated the heating, cooling, electrical and air purification systems for the meeting space.As a part of the renovations, the hotel is introducing a new locally sourced events menu. There are 407 rooms and suites in the hotel along with business facilities, in-room entertainment features and an added level of service on the Fairmont Gold floor.
