b'FACTS & FIGURESFACTS & FIGURESMANITOBA BUILDING PERMITS MARCH 2021According to Statistics Canada, building permit numbers for March 2021 are up over 7 per cent compared to the same time period in 2020, but that doesnt tell the whole story.Compared to March 2020 (right when the pandemic really took hold in North America), non-residential building permits are down 27 per cent.
