Building upon the success of our previous strategic plan, we remain steadfast in our vision of continuous improvements that serve the evolving needs of our clients to make Manitobas construction industry the safest in Canada. CSAMs three-year strategic plan for 2022-2024 reflects areas identified by the Winnipeg Construction Association Board of Directors, CSAM Advisory Committee, CSAM staff and our clients as essential to maintaining and strengthening our positionas the recognized leader in safety within our industry and Manitoba. Our new three-year plan is supported by three foundational principles:LeadershipInnovation EfficiencyExceptional customer service, quality and value for our clients remain at the core of our plan to provide you with relevant and practical products and services. As we work to directly respond to client and industry needs, CSAM is pleased to present our upcoming Safety, Health and Leadership Event on February 15th at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg as another step toward building stronger and safer workplaces in Manitobas construction industry. As identified within our strategic plan, we will be working with national partners to harmonize safety and health programs and training across Canada. One example of these collaborations, as discussed at our COR Certified Companies meeting in November, includes updates to the National COR Accreditation Standard.Another example and evolution of efficiency to better serve YOU is the change made to our COR/SECOR audit requirements. Effective November 1st, 2021, only certification and recertification audits will require full submission of documentation to support your company audit. Supporting documents for annual maintenance audits are no longer required if the audit is completed by a registered auditor.
