b'FACTS & FIGURESFACTS & FIGURESMANITOBA BUILDING PERMITS JUNE 2022According to Statistics Canada, building permit numbers through June 2022 are down almost four per cent compared to the same time period last year. Commercial building permits are up more than 12 per cent compared to last year, while institutional permits are down over 35 per cent and industrial permits are down close to 10 per cent. This nets out to a decrease of just under four per cent in the non-residential sector.
