With their newly minted BST certificates in hand, these up-and-coming and mid-level supervisors have the practical education and additional skills to excel at new challenges on the jobsite and move into management roles.Peggy Zurkan, Manager, Learning & Development, travelled to Morden, Winkler, Portage la Prairie and around Winnipeg to congratulate our 28 grads on completing the 10 courses required to earn their certificate. We cant wait to see how this comprehensive program propels these participants into the next phase of their careers.
