The new two-storey inpatient addition is approximately 37,500 sq. ft. and will house 24 inpatient beds along with space for a future LDRP (labour, delivery, recovery & postpartum) and nursery. The new two-story community services building addition is approximately 41,000 sq. ft. and will feature various community services and administrative offices. The Energy Centre will provide power, heating and cooling along with medical gas services to the entire facility once completed. In addition to the structures, there are significant civil work modifications, including the installation of a new lift station, sewer, water and fire protection services and parking facilities.
