And while 2020 has presented its share of challenges, a recent review shows Marwest Construction and partners are well on their way to bringing Artis REITs sky-high development to life. At last check in October 2019, crews had completed nearly half of the concrete core and structural steelwork for the 42-storey structure. One year later, the team has extended the concrete core and steelwork to floors 32 and 30, respectively, and completed the curtain wall up to level 15. Progress has also been made within the interior of the building, with framing, drywall and preliminary finishing now taking place throughout the structure.Were significantly further ahead, says Konrad Bruetsch, Project Manager with Marwest Construction Ltd.
