And no matter the construction climate, we remain committed to providing our members with a top-notch education program, construction information services, government advocacy, safety services and up-to-date and essential communication as it relates to the industry.Today, the challenge and focus continues to be the COVID-19 pandemicadvocating for our industry and ensuring our members have access to concise, relevant information for their businesses, employees and personal health.Fortunately, construction remains an essential business. Lets work diligently to keep it that way. The Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM) has provided the industry with guidelines to follow so that our industry can continue to work during the pandemic restrictions. As cases remain high in Manitoba, its important that we all do our part to refocus on the fundamentals of reducing the spread of COVID-19: wash your hands, practice physical distancing, wear a mask and stay home when sick. On top of these basics, there are plenty of ways construction sites can limit the spread of COVID-19. I encourage you to review the resources on CSAMs website at constructionsafety.ca.In the following pages, we provide you with even more COVID-19 content, including step-by-step procedures for a positive COVID-19 diagnosis in your workplace (page 26), insights from WCAs forum, Preparing for the Worst (page 22), and various features on projects that are making a mark on the Manitoba landscape, despite the virus.On page 13, we feature results from our recent WCA Member Survey. We are proud to provide members with the critical information they need during these trying times.
