The two-level, 11,037-sq.-ft. facility will seat more than 3,500 people, with a total site footprint of 94,000 sq. ft. The building will feature one indoor ice surface, capable of quickly converting to a concert and event venue with a 4,000-person capacity, and a multi-use hall that can host basketball, volleyball and pickleball games, and which can also be converted into a 500-seat banquet hall.
