Montréal is a destination with many 
options. Fortunately, it is home to 
event-planning partners and service 
providers who can help groups 
make the most of their time in 
the city. Tourisme Montréal is one 
such partner, as is Business Events 
Montréal (BEM), which offers a wide 
range of complimentary services to 
support event planners from bid to 
execution, be it identifying venues 
and accommodations, organizing site 
visits, coordinating RFPs, connecting 
with local vendors, assisting with 
budgeting or securing funding from 
public or private sources, where 
applicable. On-the-ground event 
support is also available, as are 
promotional materials and delegate 
welcome services to “help ensure 
events run smoothly while leaving a 
lasting impression.”
Call it “La Métropole” or Québec’s 
“Paris of the North,” the “City of 
Steeples” or the “514.” Known by 
many names and host to a multitude 
of experiences, Montréal is an event 
destination that feels truly hors  
de l’ordinaire.
