Build Manitoba sat down with WCAs famed facilitator Wendy Hofford to discuss the pitfalls journeypersons face when guiding an apprentice and the skills and tools required to successfully coach and support them. Hofford is currently completing the curriculum for this new WCA-developed course and gleaned the on-site input from a WCA member focus group.
