The  roadmap to COR®
COR® Certification verifies an effective safety and health management 
system which meets national standards and earns COR® employers a 
15 per cent rebate from the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba.
Once equipped with the knowledge from our training courses, you will be 
     required to develop and implement your safety program in alignment with 
             CSAM guidelines. As always, your CSAM team is available to guide and  
                    support you throughout this process.
Your company safety program must be audited to  
     verify that CSAM audit guidelines and COR®  
           national standards are met. Achievement of 
                   COR® requires successful completion 
                               of three audits:

Company self-audit
•
CSAM audit
•
Independent audit
COR® Certification is based on training and the practical application 
of the information provided through four required competencies:

Principles of Safety Management
•
Leadership for Safety Excellence
•
Safety Auditor
•
Hazard ID & Risk Control
