The Antec Polar Renovation 
was a complex multi-phase 
redevelopment project 
completed for Price Industries 
Limited. It involved selective 
demolition, significant structural 
upgrades and extensive civil, 
mechanical and electrical 
work. The project transformed 
several interconnected existing 
buildings into a modern 
facility that includes a new 
20,000-square-foot, two-storey 
office building, advanced 
manufacturing spaces and a 
state-of-the-art demonstration 
and testing laboratory that 
reflects Antec Controls’ and 
Price’s strong commitment to 
innovation. The scope of work 
also included the installation of 
multiple rooftop units, large-
scale air-handling equipment, 
specialized exhaust and plume 
systems and an integrated 
building management  
system, all supported by  
E.H. Price Solutions.
