b'CSAM NEWSFROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CSAMAdapting and responding to 2021While many of us were glad to see 2020 come to a close, 2021 has started no more slowly than last year endedand as the year changes and progresses, the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM) will continue to adapt and evolve while remaining steadfast in our commitment to exceptional customer service, quality and value for our clients. In December, we conducted a client survey to help tailor our services going forward into 2021. From this poll, our clients identified our top strengths as our knowledge/expertise, customer service and products/resourcesthree important focus areas that have contributed to maintaining our reputation as the leader of Manitobas safety landscape. In the survey, our clients also identified areas for improvement, many of which we have already begun to act on. For example, 25 per cent of survey respondents said they would benefit from being able to access/download training records from the CSAM website. CSAM is excited to announce a new tool that will allow our clients to do just that: the online client portal. Not only can users download past training records, but they can also print certificates, register for training and enroll in theNCSO/NHSA programs. The portal is available on our website at constructionsafety.ca/client-portal.This is one of the many tools CSAM has developed to evolve safety for Manitobas construction industry. Our survey results also reflected the ongoing success of our CSAM website in providing you with practical information and resources, such as the online audit tool, which continues to be a popular paperless option for submitting COR/SECOR audits. As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, our doors remain open. Our advisors are available to discuss safety at YOUR jobsite, and our safety training continues to be accessible both in person and online. Whatever you need in terms of workplace safety and health, CSAM is here to help. Drop in to one of our offices or simply give us a call at 204-775-3171 in Winnipeg or 204-728-3456 in Brandon.
